Refunds & Returns

Returns
Jo Cresswell is committed to customer satisfaction, and we hope you are happy with your artwork purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to facilitate a return or exchange in accordance with the policy outlined below.

How to Initiate a Return

  • To begin a return, please contact us at info@jocresswell.co.uk with your order number and details of the return request.

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including any protective packaging, and undamaged.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.

  • Returns should be sent to: Jo Cresswell, [Full Address to be Provided Upon Request]

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first at info@jocresswell.co.uk to arrange the exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.

  • If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference before shipping.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@jocresswell.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt with clear images of the damage.

  • We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.

Custom & Commissioned Artwork

  • Custom and commissioned artwork is non-refundable unless there is a fault or damage upon arrival.

  • Please ensure that all specifications and details are correct before confirming your order.

Gift Returns

  • If an artwork was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may return it in exchange for a store credit.

  • The refund will be issued in the form of a gift certificate.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider first.

  • If issues persist, contact us at info@jocresswell.co.uk for assistance.

International Returns

  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of international return shipping.

  • Any applicable customs or duties on returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
