UK Shipping
All artwork orders are processed within 3-5 working days from the date of purchase. As a small independent artist, each piece is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Standard Shipping:

• Flat rate of £5.95 for UK mainland orders.

• Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or a reliable courier service.

• Delivery is expected within 3-7 working days once dispatched.

Express Shipping:

• If you require faster delivery, please contact us at info@jocresswell.co.uk to arrange an alternative shipping method. Costs will vary depending on urgency and location.

Europe & International Shipping

• International shipping rates will vary based on destination and package size.

• Delivery times range from 7-14 working days for Europe and up to 21 days for international orders.

• Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or VAT applied to their order. Please check your local regulations before purchasing.

• All international orders will be shipped using a trusted courier service such as Royal Mail International Tracked, DHL, or another reliable provider.

Custom & Commissioned Artwork

• Commissioned and custom artwork may take additional processing time. Delivery times will be discussed at the time of purchase.

• Personalised items may take up to 21 days for completion and dispatch.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

• If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact info@jocresswell.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork.

• If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check tracking details or contact us for further assistance.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of artwork, returns are only accepted if an item is received damaged or incorrect. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
